Who's not in favor of including more veggies in their diet? Vegetarian cuisine is certainly extensive, so let's give it a whirl! Maybe you’re becoming drawn to vegetarian food for ethical or health reasons, or perhaps you're trying to get out of a kitchen rut. Let's see what we come up with for a multi-course vegetarian meal including apps, sides, entrees and desserts!
