End of Year BBQ
Please join us on Saturday, June 4th from 1-5+, at the home of Paul and Sue Gillis for our Newcomers End of Year BBQ. Before we break for Summer, let's get together and celebrate a year filled with great fun, new friends, and wonderful memories.
Included in the day's festivities will be a cookout with hamburgers and hotdogs, sides and chips, and Paul and I will each make something delightful and delicious on our respective smokers. Water and lemonade will be provided, BYOB.
We'll also have games for the kids, and maybe adults too, with a scavenger hunt for the kids starting at 3:00. The Cooking Club will be hosting a Bake-Off that anyone can enter. Categories are: Cakes, Pies, Misc. Desserts, Kids' Choice, and Best Over-All. Amazing prizes will be awarded ;)
A tent will be provided for shade or rain so please plan to attend regardless of weather. Paul has offered to keep the tent 'open' after 5:00 for anyone who wants to stay and socialize (I did mention BYOB, right?!).
This event is free and fabulous so don't miss out on our Farewell to Newcomers 2015-16. It has been a great year!!
