Cooking club welcomes everyone who loves cooking, food, is an adventurous eater or just wants to learn simple tricks of making delicious meal. 

As the farmers market is still full with the delicious, fragrant and beautiful fruits and veggies,  why don’t we focus on those ingredients and create unforgettable flavors using red peppers, peas, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant and peaches.  I’ll show how to make green pea pesto and roasted red pepper romesco sauce, that can be enjoyed on lightly toasted crostini.

For more sophisticated meals, we’ll do ratatouille using all those fresh veggies that can be served with pork kebobs drizzled with fresh pomegranate juice and red onions.

What’s for dessert? We have time before that to figure it out. Peaches and plums will be included in the sweet treat.

Feel free to bring any dish, that is prepared from fresh local, seasonal vegges or fruit.  And bring your own beverage, please !
