Evening Book Club

This activity is coordinated by:
Vanessa Kramer

A monthly meeting with lively book discussion and socializing with food and drink.

This is a casual book club for anyone who likes to read and chat about it! We select a diversity of books, including fiction, nonfiction, historical, mysteries, classics, contemporary, etc. - the list could go on! If you like to read, want to meet and make new friends, then the Newcomer's Book Club is for you. The only requirement is that you bring your love of books and discussion to share with us over a tasty snack or beverage while exploring our next good read.

We will discuss at least one book per month. Book selections will take place 3 times per year, and we will select 3 books at a time via nominations and group consensus; this way people will have plenty of time to find and read books, especially if you're like me and like to use the library.

Meetings take place mostly at members homes, with occasional meetings at local establishments. If you are interested in hosting a morning or evening meeting in your home for the Book Club, please contact us at the email address above to let us know what date works for you. We appreciate your hospitality!

There is no fee for this activity, but please register online or email us to RSVP so we know to expect you.
