Welcome to the Ridgefield Newcomers website!
The new Newcomers year is just getting started! Please join us for our annual Open House on September 28th from 7 - 9 pm and September 29th from 9:30 - 11:30 am at the Ridgefield Community Center, 316 Main Street. Come meet our 2010-2011 Activity Coordinators and get filled in on what big plans they have in store for us this year. As always, we’ll have a good spread of food and a great line-up of entertainment. For the younger set, Judy of The Enchanted Garden will be hosting a free music class in the morning. At the evening session, we’re delighted to have musicians of the Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra performing. The Newcomers Club is here to help smooth your transition and introduction to the town of Ridgefield and its people. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping you find your way around town! Membership is open to any Ridgefield resident new to town or who has had a major life change such as leaving the work force for child rearing or retirement.
Ridgefield Newcomers Club offers a wide variety of activities and events which gives you the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. Whatever your interest, we have something for you from home and social activities to sports, games, playgroups, and much more!
